I was asked to build a basic shop/cafe for Jackie to finish herself. I think it's going to be a Bistro. Can't wait to see how it turns out!

1/12th Scale 'Seaward House'

Seaward House is a bit unusual for me - it is much bigger than my tiny cottages with five rooms including the ones in the attic. With the nice big window I thought it would make an ideal shop with living quarters above.

This is 'Seahorse Cottage' recently completed. A skinny little house at just 9 inches wide - ideal for the collector who is counting the inches!!

Paula asked me to build a couple of bungalows for her retirement village. I've left them unpainted for her to finish.

Something with a little bit of a French style this time. A nice shallow house to sit on a shelf.

1/12th Scale 'Cobblestone Cottage'

This is Cobblestone Cottage which is a new variation on my popular seaside cottage with steps. I have added a bay window to the ground floor shop space and there's a little sleeping loft with a porthole window. An ideal property for a seaside business venture!
