This is one of my 1/12th scale shop boxes. At only 12 inches wide and 7 inches deep it is just the right size to sit on a shelf out of the way.

1/12th Scale Victorian Style Cottage

I was asked to make a Victorian style cottage complete with Victorian style wallpapers inside. A little bit different to my usual painted and plastered walls!!

1/12th Scale 'Clover Cottage'

'Clover Cottage' is based on the basic footprint of the popular seaside bungalow - same shape just an extra floor. I think it works quite well and it allows for a kitchen and a bathroom inside.

This is 'Camomile Cottage' with hand made windows and a hand made trellised porch at the front door.

1/12th Scale 'L'Atelier'

This French style two roomed house stared life as a room box. As always I couldn't leave the room box alone and added an upper floor. Then I added the front. So the room box became a house....!

A customer asked me to build her a gallery to house a modern seaside shop and this was the result.
